Job Description – International Quality and Purchasing Controller
Company: Agricultural trading and traceability company specialized in cereal exports
Position: International Quality and Purchasing Controller
Languages required: Fluent French and English
Location: Frequent travel ( Togo West Africa, United States)
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform quality inspections of agricultural products intended for export.
* Verify full product traceability
* Supervise and verify purchasing operations: supplier selection, purchase validation, pricing consistency, and contract compliance.
* Prepare detailed inspection, audit, and purchasing reports in both French and English.
* Propose and follow up on corrective action plans to improve quality and procurement performance.
* Collaborate with local teams
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of the agricultural, export, and procurement sectors.
* Proven experience in quality control, auditing, and purchasing management.
* Proficiency in office software and quality/purchasing monitoring tools.
* Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environments.
Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Quality Management, Procurement, or International Trade (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control, auditing, or purchasing
* Obligation to have passport allowing easy travel to Togo, the United States, and France (with no complex visa requirements).
* Willingness to travel frequently

Pay: 4,000.00€ per month
