At Tenth Revolution Group we are currently partnering with a leading end client specializing in IT solutions. This is a well-established Spanish company with extensive experience in its sector, which in recent years has developed a B2B SaaS technological solution.
They continue to expand their different teams and are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to carry out the following responsibilities:
Implementation Project Management
* Lead the E2E planning and execution of implementation projects, from initiation to completion.
* Engage with key client stakeholders to:
* Design and optimize operational workflows.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Proactively manage project risks, including dependencies, uncertainties, and potential blockers.
* Track and ensure project profitability.
* Oversee timelines and ensure delivery quality standards are consistently met.
* Internal delivery teams, ensuring alignment and full project visibility.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, involving different teams.
Service Management
* Take ownership of service delivery once the client enters the operational phase.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to:
* Provide support and guidance.
* Identify potential upsell or improvement opportunities.
* Drive enhancements and optimization initiatives.
* Ensure all service-related activities and insights are well documented.
* Support the evolution of service processes, tools, and KPIs, including profitability tracking.
Overall Project Monitoring:
* Maintain full visibility and control over tasks across all involved teams.
Requirements:
* At least 1/2 years working in a similar role
* Good english level is a must (B2+/C1)
* Technology background or interest.
Conditions:
* Long-term role
* Hybrid model: 1 day of remote work per week, with flexibility
* Madrid based (Nuevos Ministerios area)
