We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven German-speaking Account Manager to join our talented team in Barcelona. If you have a passion for client relations, enjoy working with an innovative company, and appreciate flexible hybrid working, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client contacts, primarily Google, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement. Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, managing communication and expectations. Understand client goals, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
* Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolve issues. Create project timelines, track milestones, and ensure KPIs are met.
* Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic advice based on industry knowledge and market trends. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working with internal teams to implement them. Review account performance and offer insights for optimization.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams. Mentor junior team members to support their development.
* Client Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, providing updates and performance reviews. Use data insights to improve campaigns and strategies.
* Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Take ownership of issues, resolving conflicts professionally and proactively.
* Language Skills: Communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluency in German (native or near-native).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
* Experience with Google or large tech companies is advantageous.
* Proven client management skills and project handling experience.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proactive problem solver, capable of working independently.
* Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
