Purpose Of The RoleThe regional IT engineer oversees all Trivium locations within their region, serving as the first point of contact for all local IT and OT-related user inquiries. The role involves supporting business processes through IT, delivering IT services in line with company policies, and collaborating with central infrastructure, application, and security teams. The Senior Engineer also actively contributes to and advocates for Trivium’s Enterprise Architecture and Information Security Principles.
Your Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support and continuously improve IT and OT services.
Serve as the primary contact for multiple locations and users for general IT support.
Monitor and maintain computer systems.
Ensure the successful deployment of onsite IT projects.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate remedial activities as needed.
Act as the key IT contact for communication between regional users and other IT functions.
Candidate Profile
3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
Experience with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Advanced degree (e.G., Master’s) with a strong academic record and relevant domain certifications.
Background in IT/OT, Security, and Solution Engineering within enterprise environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Requirement management and development skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
