Hourly Pay + Free Acting & Improv Classes
Are you tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow your web & admin skills in a creative, international team? We’re a fast-growing theater & improv company looking for a hands-on digital assistant to support our websites, CRM, and online operations.
We're looking for someone to support our website needs on a flexible, part-time basis.
You’ll help with :
* Working on a WordPress Multisite using Oxygen Builder
* Making light edits using HTML / CSS / PHP
* Managing plugins, backend tasks, and API connections (especially with Brevo CRM)
* Handling basic hosting tasks (Plesk or similar tools)
* Supporting with UX / UI improvements and general troubleshooting
What You Bring
* You're tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs (Brevo, HubSpot), plugins, spreadsheets, and basic analytics
* Confident with WordPress — you know your way around, even if you're not a full developer
* Familiar with HTML / CSS, PHP, and front / back-end basics (optional but a plus)
* You have a good eye for UX / UI and enjoy creating clean, user-friendly layouts
* Fluent in English, organized, and proactive in finding smart solutions
* Bonus : You enjoy improv or working in creative environments
* Available to start soon!
We're a flexible, creative team where your ideas matter. You'll gain hands-on experience, work directly with leadership, and grow your skills in a fun, purpose-driven setting.
Remote, 2-4 hours / week, Project Based)
* Hourly Rate : €10 net / hour
* Growth Opportunities : Pay increases & bonuses based on performance and results.
* Learning Benefits : Free access to up to two in-person or online improv / acting classes per week (valued at approximately €500 / month), adding an estimated €2–4 / hour in additional benefits (subject to availability).
