We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Process Engineer with strong technical expertise and commercial drive to join our team in Barcelona.

Sales Process Engineer

Reporting to the CEO, and in close collaboration with senior management, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across a variety of industrial sectors – including automotive, food, chemical, ceramics, and pharmaceuticals – by offering turnkey engineering projects focused on optimizing energy utilization and consumption. Amongst your responsibilities we highlight the following:

· Establish and develop long-term relationships with industrial clients.

· Identify, propose, and develop new project opportunities within existing and prospective customers.

· Lead contract negotiations for turnkey projects ranging in value from €1M up to €10M.

· Understand client needs and translate them into technically and economically sound solutions.

· Conduct conceptual engineering discussions, including energy and mass balance and thermodynamic analysis.

· Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

Profile & Requirements

· Degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering or similar.

· Relevant professional experience in process engineering or sales roles in related industries. Field experience in industrial plants will be highly valued, with direct exposure to manufacturing environments.

· Strong technical background with the ability to conceptualize engineering solutions.

· Solid understanding of mass balance and thermodynamic analysis.

· Skilled in engaging with various client stakeholders: Maintenance Managers, Production Managers, Engineering Departments, SHE Managers, as well as company Directors or Owners.

· Proactive, hands-on, capable of performing thorough technical surveys, site-inspection of industrial plant and associated equipment.

· Commercially driven.

· Fluent in English.

· Availability to travel more than 50% throughout Spain. xohynlm
