MISSION
Responsible for providing correct, attentive, and friendly service. Always meet quality standards and pay special attention to customer service, ensuring food and beverage presentation is correct before delivery to guarantee guest and customer satisfaction, gaining recognition and preference for the hotel's services.
What will you do?
1. Follow the instructions of your immediate supervisor regarding assigned tasks and obligations before and at the end of your shift.
2. Verify you have all necessary equipment and supplies to provide room service and handle them properly to avoid breakage, waste, and shortages.
3. Participate in briefings at the start of each shift to receive information about specials, shortages, VIPs, groups, and general comments.
4. Consistently offer a friendly and respectful attitude to guests when delivering services, maintaining an impeccable posture and presentation.
5. Ensure quick and correct service following SOPs, ensuring timely interventions.
6. Before service, verify that the order matches the room and customer specifications.
7. Set up the service according to quality and presentation standards, verifying inclusion of all products such as cutlery, salt shakers, napkins, sauces, dressings, etc.
8. Handle services with extreme caution to prevent accidents, spills, or breakages, always adhering to safety norms.
9. Immediately remove any item or food that the customer does not like; return simple items to the kitchen or inform your supervisor for more significant issues.
10. Present the bill to the customer, strictly following established procedures depending on the payment method.
11. Be punctual, comply with policies on discipline, presentation, schedules, transit areas, and safety norms.
12. Attend departmental meetings and participate in ongoing training for your position.
