**Aim Of The Role**

Lionbridge Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative. This integral role requires managing and expanding our business portfolio. We're seeking a sales champion who can navigate the sales journey with finesse and agility. **What You Will Do**
- Be responsible for existing accounts and current portfolio of company clients.
- Gain and expand contacts through consistent and effective outreach.
- Independently contact prospective customers to present Lionbridge’s solutions that can benefit customer’s needs.
- Identify key stakeholders in decision-making process.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lionbridge’s services and solutions.
- Educate customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services, availability, etc.
- Perform effective online or in-person demonstrations.
- Develop, maintain, and utilize a sales development plan within assigned regional market and/or vertical industry.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas and KPIs.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts on a periodic basis.
- Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline using company tools and systems.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with upper management, Account Managers, and internal/external Operations teams.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a customer-facing sales or operational environment, or on a similiar position. **(LSP indsutry)**:

- Fluency in English and one or more European languages.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of exceeding targets.
- Customer Focus.
- Building great relationships with the clients.
- Willingness to travel as required during the year.
