Responsibilities
:
1. To lead the Global Sales and Operation Planning Process for a fragrance brand, with the main responsibilities of:
2. To coordinate the launches and promotional items global forecasting.
3. To lead the regular goods sales forecast.
4. To detect main deviations in the sales forecast vs the budget and to highlight risk and opportunities.
5. To provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operation Planning Process
6. To lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance and Global Supply Planning, by providing data regarding:service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget and stock management data.
7. To lead the forecasting process and control the deviations by brand:
8. To generate the forecast for Rest of the World according to the best base forecast and by adding the marketing intelligence.
9. To challenge the global forecast by detecting big deviations vs last month or vs budget working closely to understand and/or closing gaps with the Local Demand Planning community
10. To challenge markets in order to ensure a proper global sizing and phasing of launches and promotional goods by benchmarking with the brand expectations
11. To ensure communication and feedback with the Local Demand Planning Community
We'd love to meet you if you have
12. Experience: At least 1 year of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 2 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas. Experience in the cometic industry is very valuable.
13. Education: Graduate in Engineering, Administration or similar, Master in Supply Chain is a plus
14. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required.
15. Competencies: Drive for results, high analytical profile, holistic vision, strong collaboration skills, team management and communication, organized and used to deliver on time in full.
16. Specific Knowledge required: high skills in excel, powerpoint and other Microsoft officsoftwares. SAP, IBP, APO or similar planning tool is mandatory.
