The successful Intern will:
Join a growing team with strong leadership and a truly entrepreneurial spirit
Gain experience in M&A; research and engagement support for our Transaction Advisory Group
Gain exposure to international projects for prominent organisations worldwide
Work with a global team and understand projects in the UK and internationally
How you will contribute:
Perform research on potential targets and help prepare ‘points of view’ documents
Assist in managing intelligence on forthcoming deals and targeting private equity firms, self‑held private equity businesses, and large corporates active in M&A;
Provide support on financial due diligence assignments
Qualifications:
Fluent business level in English and Spanish is essential
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong interest in a career within Transaction Advisory
