The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, ideally with AI, automation, or digital platforms.- Knowledge of Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, and knowledge base management.- Experience defining product roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.- Ability to convert business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.- Experience integrating products with enterprise systems (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).- Collaboration with UX/UI teams on personas, journeys, and conversational flows.- Familiarity with cloud environments, security, and scalability considerations.- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.- Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.- Strong presentation skills for leadership and governance forums.- Fluent English.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for an enterprise-grade AI chatbot.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the conversational AI space.- Establish and track KPIs for engagement, performance, and business impact.- Gather user feedback to optimize conversational flows and overall user experience.- Work with UX/UI teams on user personas, journeys, and accessibility standards.- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to improve NLP models, training data, and system performance.- Manage integration requirements with internal enterprise systems.- Oversee knowledge base quality, content updates, and data governance.- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering with business teams.- Present product updates, insights, and ROI to executive leadership and governance boards.- Monitor chatbot analytics, run A/B tests, and identify automation opportunities.- Produce regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
