The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of communications initiatives to build and enhance the company's reputation and corporate image among external audiences. This role requires deep knowledge of Corporate Communication practices within the Pharma sector and expertise in managing social media and digital communication.
External communications annual strategy and action plan. Lead digital strategy. Strong understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Manage the corporate digital ecosystem: strategy, coordination and content creation (social media & websites).
Creation of corporate content: drafting of corporate press releases, press kits, and other communication materials.

External Relationships: Comm/PA Team – HQ, Pharma Country Managers, Marketing teams (global & local), CDMO team, other departments (HR, IT, EHS), Healthcare professionals & Associations, Patients Associations, Media / journalists
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
Strong knowledge and experience of digital environment trends and tools (Social Media)
Fluent in English and Spanish
5 years of experience in the communications & PA field for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or agency/consultancy providing services to healthcare at a global level.
~ Proven experience in managing the implementation of Communication strategies and policies.
~ Ability to build team relationships and collaborate in a general team environment, and with external stakeholders, to achieve communication and PA goals.
~ Global view and strategic mindset with high attention to detail;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
~ Ability to detect, anticipate and grasp communications trends and opportunities.
