We are a fast-growing, VC-backed startup bringing AI into the $5T chemical industry. Our platform helps chemical companies unlock and use their technical knowledge at scale.
In a short time, we've signed leading enterprise clients across Europe and the U.S. and recently closed a new funding round. As we scale, we're building a dedicated AI Training & Enablement function within Customer Success.
The Role
We're hiring a junior AI Trainer to help our customers successfully adopt and use our platform.
Your core mission:
Turn new users into confident, active users
Turn active users into "super users"
You'll run training sessions, guide customers, and ensure our product becomes part of their daily workflow.
This role reports directly to the Customer Success Lead and is a great entry point into AI, SaaS, and enterprise customer work in the Chemical Sector.
What You'll Do
Customer Training & Enablement
* Run engaging onboarding and training sessions for new users
* Support customers who have not yet activated or logged in
* Help users understand how to apply Kimia to real technical use cases
Drive Adoption
* Track usage and follow up with inactive or low-engagement users
* Identify blockers and proactively help customers overcome them
* Gather feedback and relay insights to Product & Engineering
Build Super Users
* Work closely with key users to deepen their usage
* Interview and learn from advanced users to replicate best practices
* Help create internal champions within customer organisations
Operational Support
* Help prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
* Support Customer Success with structured follow-ups
* Identify repetitive tasks and suggest ways to automate or scale training
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
* Strong communication skills (comfortable presenting to groups)
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Highly organised and proactive
* Curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have (but not required):
* Any experience with teaching, tutoring, or training
* Interest in AI, SaaS, or digital tools
* Experience working with customers or stakeholders
