We are looking for a Solar Channel Business Developer for the Channel team located in Madrid (Las Tablas).


Main Tasks

* Act as sales assistant for the C&I department, supporting daily commercial and operational activities.
* Support C&I sales processes, including opportunity follow-up, internal coordination and documentation.
* Support and actively contribute to business development activities in key C&I segments.
* Maintain pipeline updates, reporting and sales-related operational tasks for the C&I team.


Background and previous experience

* Commercial or sales-oriented background, with experience in business development in commercial and industrial sectors, preferably 1–2 years in the solar PV industry (distributor, EPC or installer).
* Experience in collective self-consumption and energy communities will be highly valued.


Requirements:

* Customer-centric mindset, with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn independently, and ability to work in alignment with team objectives and management guidance.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to handle data and basic reporting.
* Technical knowledge of PV and BESS solutions is considered a plus.
