The Business Sales Analyst will support the achievement of sales objectives by executing various commercial activities in accordance with guidelines set by their manager.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
* Consolidate the sales BBP (sales, prices, LTCs, etc.) in collaboration with Sales Directors, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Project Managers.
* Compile the Global Data report (CAPEX and other project development costs) with Project Managers and Control teams.
* Prepare monthly reports on the Business Opportunity List (BOL) and communicate findings to BUD, the Holding Committee, and Regional Directors.
* Generate monthly commercial updates for the Business Unit (BU) Reports to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
* Develop and maintain a global market study for the BU.
* Assist the Engineering department with purchase orders (POs) for engineering hours and system access.
* Manage invoicing for commissions and Non-Recurring Expenses (NREs).
* Perform administrative support tasks such as organizing meetings, managing employee access, following up on incomes and payments, and arranging department layouts.
* Adhere to Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to prevent fraudulent practices and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including relevant training.
* Lead the team to ensure effectiveness, development, and motivation, fostering Ficosa's core values.
* Provide necessary resources to ensure team compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) rules.
* Participate actively in maintaining, promoting, and improving OSHE and Quality standards within the department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background: Professional training, primarily in administration.

Languages: Fluent in the local language and English (spoken and written).

Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a commercial environment.

Travel: Willing and able to travel as required.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification: Medium bachelor’s degree, mainly in administration.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of Ficosa internal tools (TCTP, BDP, BOL, etc.) is advantageous.
