Brand Designer
About the Role
Product School is looking for a Brand Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and presentation materials. This role is idóneo for someone who loves design execution, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating polished, on-brand assets that support marketing, sales, and business initiatives.
You'll work within an established brand system to develop high-quality creative assets across multiple channels. We're looking for a designer who enjoys hands-on design work and thrives on turning concepts and creative direction into polished deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Design marketing materials across digital and print channels
- Create graphics and visual assets for social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain presentation templates in Google Slides
- Design sales enablement materials, one-pagers, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Create and refine email graphics and visual content
- Build scalable design templates that can be used across teams
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver assets that align with business goals
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain high design standards
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and brand assets
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, digital, and presentation design work
- Proficiency with Figma and Canva
- Extensive experience creating and editing Google Slides presentations and templates
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable receiving creative direction and executing within established brand guidelines
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting marketing teams in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with email marketing design best practices
- Experience developing scalable template systems and design libraries
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing
