We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee in Barcelona or Madrid to join our People & Culture Unit. Someone who loves to take new challenges and wants to grow with us!

In the People & Culture unit, you will learn and give support to the team in the following tasks:
•Job posting
•Screening and review applications
•Language and technical tests
•First phone interviews
•Support in P&C; interviews
•Contact person for applicants
•Support in Branding projects
•Other administrative tasks assigned within the People&Culture; unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Completed)
- Master's degree in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment - Currently studying
- Willingness to commit to an internship of at least 9 months (full or part time)
- Fluent in English (B2+/C1) & Spanish
- Advanced IT level – (MS Office)
