The Opportunity

Join our Commercial team and play a key role in shaping global pricing strategy within the beauty and fashion industry. In this role reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will participate in the development, implementation, and optimisation of pricing strategies across brands, segments and product categories. You'll collaborate closely with international markets to drive top‐line growth and ensure a consistent, competitive global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Annual price strategy: define, implement and monitor yearly price increases across international markets in line with brand strategy.
- New product pricing: analyse competitive benchmarks to determine optimal pricing for new launches.
- Global‐to‐local pricing adaptation: translate global pricing strategy into actionable guidelines tailored to local market realities.
How You Will Contribute:
- Enhance pricing frameworks based on performance insights and recommend guidelines by product size, intensity and category.
- Analyse market dynamics to understand competitive pricing dynamics, retailer promotions, launch activity and price evolution.
- Integrate local specifics, competitive landscape, performance trends and macro‐economic factors (inflation, exchange rate, etc.) to ensure coherent pricing across regions and channels.
- Prepare and maintain price lists, ensuring accurate implementation and clear communication with global teams.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional partners including Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 2/4+ years of experience in an analytical role with intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, IFs formula) and Power BI would be a plus.
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Languages: Spanish, English (professional proficiency C1).
- Key competencies: curiosity, strong analytical & business mindset, attention to detail, rigor, results orientation, strong communication skills, teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, multinational environment.
