About the role
Assembly of equipment in production, and performing the tests required for commissioning the equipment.
What you will bring to the role:
You will do the below but not limited to:
1. Assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components to build systems (PP, FR, BTA, ICCs, etc.) according to plans/diagrams, drawings, parts lists, and technical engineering specifications.
2. Configuration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic elements, as well as any device that requires it.
3. Completing and maintaining quality records, test results, and other reports related to the assembly process. Recording discrepancies/incidents in the corresponding register.
4. Performing tests and resolving technical problems, if any.
5. Verifying the operations performed during assembly, ensuring that they comply with the test plan established by engineering for correct operation.
6. Collaborating with engineering and quality control to ensure efficiency in the assembly/testing process.
7. Carry out/coordinate the shipping/packaging process.
8. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
9. Job tasks must be performed accurately, methodically, thoroughly, and efficiently in accordance with specifications, following procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
10. Maintain order and cleanliness in your workplace.
11. Train new employees.
12. Semi-annual monitoring of compliance with indicators associated with the Quality System.
13. Proper segregation of generated waste.
14. Comply with the company’s applicable Health and Safety measures.
About you:
15. Diploma, Vocational training in chemistry, electromechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, and/or automation.
16. Knowledge of thread types (metric, inch)
17. Shaping stainless steel pipes and fittings
18. Interpretation of mechanical drawings
19. Use of measuring tools (calipers, vernier calipers)
20. Experience and knowledge of pneumatics.
21. Experience in wiring panels.
22. Knowledge of PLC input, output, and communication signals.
23. Interpretation of electrical drawings.
24. Experience using a multimeter.
25. Experience with some type of control software.
26. Interpretation of flowcharts.
27. Interpretation of electrical diagrams
28. English (knowledge will be valued).
