Responsibilities
* Analyze the client’s invitation to bid requirements and identify potential schedule risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure timely completion.
* Coordination with the Project Directors in our several Projects in the company.
* Prepare project schedules at all levels during the proposal phase using Primavera P6.
* Define key project milestones based on client requirements and ensure activities align with these milestones.
* Review and evaluate activity durations across all disciplines for inclusion in the schedule ensuring consistency with project milestones.
* Prepare planned progress curves based on the project schedule.
* Generate manpower histograms for all phases: Home Office Manpower Histogram, Construction Direct Manhours Histogram, and Construction Supervision Histogram.
* Prepare a schedule narrative outlining the basis of the schedule and key dates for client submission.
* Track and respond to client clarifications and amendments related to the offer.
* Prepare presentations and coordinate meetings with partners and clients.
Skills and Experience
* Relevant technical degree (e.g. Civil/Mechanical Engineering).
* Extensive experience in EPC Projects.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal/communicative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to clearly convey information to team members, stakeholders, and management.
* Ability to manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Effective problem-solving, identifying potential issues, developing solutions, and implementing plans to address them.
