Bacardi is seeking to hire an HR Intern supporting an employee base of around 300 employees across Spain, supporting on the delivery of the people agenda, with the support of the HRBP’s. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Support on policies and procedures at all stages of the employee experience cycle Embed new processes, and ensure high quality service delivery in payroll, operations and administration Drive culture change initiatives to energize and in the development and implementation of engagement activities driving diversity and inclusion in all activities Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community Support in the recruitment & onboarding processes Tracking of probation, temporary staff dates, and managing sickness, maternity leave, holidays, time & attendance, among others Managing employees’ Benefit pack (insurances, Tiquet Restaurant, etc).
