CV screeningActive sourcing through Linked In & Info JobsConducting interviewsManaging the full hiring and onboarding processProviding interview feedbackOffer management, follow-up and documentationOnboarding processOffboarding and exit interviewsParticipation in job fairs and employer branding events What are we looking for?
2-4 years of experience in recruitmentProven experience in active sourcing via Linked InFluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skillsA resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordinglyPeople- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learningComfortable working under pressure with high recruitment volumes What do we offer?
