IT Business Analyst - SCIB Malaga

As a IT Business Analyst, your mission will be to raise the users needs and problems in their daily basis and how we can help them to solve them.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts :
Business requirements
Conduct business process analysis.
Define and document integrations with external financial systems.
Lead mid-size features / modules in financial workflow software.
Improve documentation standards.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change :
Effectively communicate with cross-functional team members.
Users training.
Update products functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
Definition of test plans and their execution to ensure that the software meets the users functional needs. Supporting service incidents :
Support BAU team in production incidents and functional doubts.
Active participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques :
Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
Continuous improvement (dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate of Higher Education / University Degree / Master.
4 years of experience in banking projects related to financial solutions. Syndicated lending products would be a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Workflow modeling (BPMN, UML).
API and data mapping understanding.
Good communications skills.
User level in knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, ALM, Teams, Excel, etc.
Proactive and oriented to results.
Highly fluent in English : both written and spoken.
Spanish would be a plus.
Technical background would be a plus.
Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.

Availability for very punctual trips.
