About the Role

We're looking for a results-obsessed operator to own new supplement launches on Amazon. This is a hands-on role where your success is measured by one thing: how many products you launch and how much revenue and profit they generate. You thrive on speed, execution, and growth. A strong bonus is directly tied to sales performance.

What You'll Do

* Launch new supplement products on Amazon fast, from idea to live listing
* Take full ownership of sales and profit targets for every launch
* Drive every step: research, pricing, listing creation, promotions, growth
* Monitor numbers daily and act quickly to optimize results
* Remove blockers and make decisions fast to keep launches moving

What We're Looking For

* Obsession with results - you measure yourself in sales, revenue, and profit
* Relentless growth mindset - you're always pushing for faster launches and bigger wins
* Hands-on executor who thrives on speed and ownership
* Proven success launching products on Amazon (supplements or similar) is a must
