You will work with an interesting and varied portfolio of products across several disease areas, including a new anti-infective in severe disease launching soon. This role reports directly to the VP, Global Head of Medical Affairs, and is a key member of the Senior Medical Leadership Team, contributing to the development and implementation of Medical Affairs strategy and global transformation. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliProvide leadership for the local Medical department, focusing on talent development and high performance culture. /liliProvide clinical support across Medical Affairs and the product portfolio. /liliEnsure Medical governance aligns with patient interests in the country. /liliManage the Medical budget for the country. /liliImplement Global medical systems and processes locally. /liliCollaborate with Global Medical teams on data generation and medical communication needs. /li /ulpstrongExternal Engagement: /strong /pulliBuild and maintain relationships with medical opinion leaders, experts, institutions, and societies. /liliLead patient engagement activities, including advocacy groups. /liliAct as a medical spokesperson following communication team alignment. /liliLiaise with competitors to resolve disputes. /li /ulpstrongCross-functional Support: /strong /pulliProvide scientific and medical expertise internally and externally. /liliSupport Marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations. /liliCoordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, RD for seamless operations. /liliOversee approval of promotional and scientific materials. /li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliMedical Doctor, PhD, or Pharmacist. /liliCertifications: MD, MPharm. /liliExperience: 8+ years in Medical Affairs, 3+ years in clinical practice. /liliFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
