Commercial Specialist – SAP
Location : Spain – Barcelona
Work Model : Hybrid (2–3 days / week onsite)
Experience Required : 2–5 years in commercial operations, order management, or SAP processes
Languages : English (other languages such as German or French are a plus)
Education : Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Position Overview We are looking for a Commercial Specialist with strong SAP expertise to support our commercial operations, ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, supply chain, and operations, and who can leverage SAP knowledge to drive efficiency and accuracy across commercial workflows.
You will be responsible for managing daily commercial activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance), and ensuring best-in-class execution of orders, pricing, invoicing, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities SAP & Commercial Operations
Manage and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain and update pricing, material master data, and customer master data.
Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing flows.
Support the creation of commercial reports and dashboards using SAP data.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Support commercial teams with product availability, lead time analysis, and process clarifications.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify gaps and propose improvements in SAP workflows and commercial procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and data accuracy standards.
Support digitalisation and automation initiatives linked to SAP and commercial processes.
What You Bring
Experience working with SAP (SD module preferred).
Strong understanding of commercial processes: order management, pricing, invoicing, stock availability.
Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to propose improvements.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
