We offer a wide variety of marketing and advertising services, including strategy and planning, creative, content production, traditional and digital media advertising, influencer marketing, event marketing, e-commerce and performance marketing, among others .Your role at Cheil: Digital Signage Operations Manage rWhat we are looking f or?The Digital Signage Operations Manager oversees the strategy, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization of Samsung's cloud-based digital signage ecosystem powered by Samsung VXT (Visual e Xperience Transformation), ensuring operational excellence and effective retail execut ion.Key Responsibili ties: Digital Signage Strategy & Gover nance• Define and execute the VXT & Digital Signage roadmap aligned with business object ives.• Establish governance, operational standards, and best pract ices.• Drive automation, optimization, and digital transformation initiat ives.Platform Ownership & Oper ations• Own VXT platform administration and perfor mance.• Ensure platform stability, compliance, and u ptime.• Oversee Digital Signage infrastructure deployment and optimiz ntent Management & Retail Act ivation• Manage content publishing, scheduling, and quality c ontrol.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact.• Support retail activations and product launches ensuring brand consi stency.Technical Leadership & Support• Lead resolution of platform, connectivity, hardware, and content issues.• Manage support processes, escalations, and SLA compliance with Samsung and external p artners.• Maintain operational standards, technical documentation, and risk mitigation pro cedures.Vendor & Budget M anagement• Manage relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and service p roviders.• Own operational and project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business pr iorities.• Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, and contract co mpliance.Analytics & Continuous I mprovement• Monitor operational KPIs, platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and network ut ilization.• Identify opportunities to improve content performance, operational efficiency, and customer e xperience.• Lead automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in itiatives.Stakeholder Management & Leadership• Partner with SEIB, HQ, Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative, an d IT teams.• Lead cross-functional projects aligning business and techno logy goals.• Coach and develop DS Specialists while fostering a collaborative and high-performan ce culture.Key Skills & r equirements: 7+ years' experience in Digital Signage, Retail, CMS Platforms, Mar Tech or related environments3+ years leading teams and regi onal projects Advanced knowledge of Samsung VXT and/or Sams ung Magic INFORetail deployme nt experience Budget ownership and vendor manageme nt experience Advanced Excel, Power Point and rep orting skills Power BI or Tabl eau desira ble Languages: B2 / C1 level of Eng lish required.We would like you to bring together attitudes that hav e to do with ...Soft Skills:• Leadership & Team Development – Develop high-performing teams and foste r accountability.• Strategic Thinking – Align Digital Signage initiatives with bus iness objectives.• Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships across Samsung, Che il, and partners.• Communication & Collaboration – Coordinate effectively across cross- functional teams.• Customer Centricity – Drive premium retail experiences and b rand consistency.• Adaptability & Resilience – Thrive in fast-paced and changing ret ail environments.• Organization & Prioritization – Manage multiple priorities, project s, and deadlines.• Problem-Solving – Resolve operational and technical challe nges efficiently.• Proactivity & Ownership – Take initiative and accountability from plann ing to execution.
