The successful candidate will ensure technical compliance, quality standards, adherence to international codes, and proper coordination with all project disciplines. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbTechnical Management Site Supervision /b /pulliLead and supervise electrical teams (in-house and subcontractors) during installation, cable pulling, terminations, testing, and inspections. /liliReview technical documentation: drawings, cable schedules, single-line diagrams, isometrics, and specifications. /liliEnsure correct installation of cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, panels, auxiliary systems, and power/control equipment. /liliGuarantee compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and ATEX. /li /ulpbPlanning Coordination /b /pulliPrepare and manage daily and weekly work plans for the electrical discipline. /liliCoordinate with mechanical, structural, instrumentation, painting, HVAC, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams. /liliManage resources, materials, tools, and equipment. /liliIdentify deviations, propose solutions, and support on-site technical issue resolution. /li /ulpbQuality Documentation /b /pulliEnsure installations meet approved procedures and inspection criteria. /liliPrepare and review ITRs, checklists, ATPs, electrical work permits, LOTO procedures, and quality dossiers. /liliManage electrical punch lists and ensure timely closure. /li /ulpbHealth, Safety Environment (HSE) /b /pulliEnforce safety policies and ensure a safe working environment. /liliConduct toolbox talks, issue work permits, and monitor critical electrical activities. /liliIdentify hazards and promote a proactive safety culture. /li /ulpbCommissioning Support /b /pulliAssist with FAT, SAT, loop checks, energization activities, functional tests, and troubleshooting. /liliEnsure installations are ready for turnover to the commissioning team. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbEducation /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree or Technical Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy, or related fields. /liliAlternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) with strong industrial/offshore experience. /li /ulpbExperience /b /pulliMinimum b5–8 years /b of experience in industrial electrical construction or offshore/energy projects. /liliProven experience leading teams and managing subcontractors. /li /ulpbTechnical Knowledge /b /pulliProficient with IEC, IEEE, ATEX standards. /liliExperience with LV/MV systems, switchgear, panels, control and automation systems. /liliBasic commissioning and testing knowledge. /li /ulpbCore Competencies /b /pulliStrong leadership and team coordination skills. /liliExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments. /liliStrong safety mindset. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbConditions /b /pulliOn-site role based in Cádiz, Spain. /liliFlexible to work special shifts depending on project needs. /liliOccasional travel for FAT/SAT or vendor/client visits. /li /ul
