🚀 Business Continuity & Information Security Management Specialist
International environment – European Commission (remote)
Ensure the resilience of critical IT services by combining Business Continuity (BCMS) and Information Security Management (ISMS) in a complex, high-security environment.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve BCP / DRP strategies
* Lead business continuity tests and crisis management activities
* Define and monitor RTO/RPO and drive service improvements
* Develop and maintain security policies and ISMS framework
* Manage security incidents and mitigation plans
* Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with IT, security, business teams, and auditors
* Deliver training and awareness on continuity and security practices
* Strong experience in Cybersecurity (5+ years) and ISMS (3+ years)
* Proven expertise in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
* Solid understanding of security environments (firewalls, proxies, etc.)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English (international environment)
