Mission: Manage import-export operations among Industrial Plants, Market Companies and Partners worldwide contributing to the growth of the company the in the most effective manner. Functions & Responsabilities: Replenishment from internal or external plants to Market Companies balancing the offer and demand in the most effective manner. Management of export process to a third country. Prepare documents required for the customs clearance, coordinate transport with forwarder agent, etc. Billing process to Partners (commercial invoices) and Almirall Affiliates (commercial and statistical invoices). To issue and follow up documents for Partner’s customs clearance ( Proof of Origin, Packing list, Commercial invoice, etc.) To issue and provide shipping documents to final destination. To solve complaints or incidents related to shipments. To maintain properly informed the customer master data related to International trade. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, International Trade, or Engineering Specific Knowledge: Experience in customs management. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Professional or similar. Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience with SAP (Order-to-Cash) or Sales and Distribution (SD) Experience: At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, especially in International Trade and customs management.
