Preventive Maintenance Responsibilities
Develop and manage the existing preventive maintenance plan, implementing improvements and new predictive maintenance programs.
Manage the plant’s GMAO, including creating review sheets, updating, and digitizing existing documentation.
Plan and schedule tasks and resources. Coordinate and manage maintenance teams (internal and contractors) and supervise technicians during task execution (permits, procedures, etc.).
Analyze data and generate reports. Develop KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness.
Manage technical documentation and develop work procedures, integrating documentation into the GMAO.
Warehouse and Spare Parts Management
Request quotes and place orders for the department.
Design, organize, and structure warehouses.
Digitize spare parts in GMAO. Control inventories and spare parts.
Other Responsibilities
Serve as backup for shift maintenance supervisors.
Assist in analyzing and resolving breakdowns. Assess the condition of installations and propose improvements or investments to extend lifespan or enhance performance.
Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, safety) to ensure maintenance integration with overall plant operations.
Implement safety and quality procedures.
