brWhat You’ll Do:
br
brAs a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of operations — from supplier partnerships to process optimization and quality assurance. Your mission: ensure flawless execution as we scale our photonic systems from prototype to production.

brYour main responsibilities will include:
brOperations Management: Oversee daily operations and long-term planning to ensure efficient production, supply chain, and logistics execution.
brSupplier Partner Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
brProcess Development Execution: Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support yield, reliability, and scalability.
brQuality Reliability: Drive excellence through DfM, FMEA, SPC, and yield management methodologies, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

brWhat We’re Looking For:
br
brEducation Experience
br~5+ years of experience in semiconductor, photonics, or hardware manufacturing operations.
br~ Proven success in supplier management, yield improvement, and production execution in a fabless model.
br~ Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments, with a proactive, hands-on approach.

br
brTechnical Expertise
brStrong understanding of semiconductor/photonics manufacturing flows and hardware systems.
brProficiency in DfM, FMEA, RCA, SPC, MES, and yield management methodologies.
brSolid track record managing manufacturing partners and ensuring operational excellence across continents.

brSoft Skills
brStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
brExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
brA proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
