We are expanding our team at Alén Space and are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Project Manager with a passion for what you do. You will lead our Mission Control Center team and help shape the future of space technology.
What will you be doing?
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Plan projects and monitor their progress.
* Identify risks and potential obstacles in project development.
* Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, track action items, address issues, and negotiate scope changes.
* Coordinate meetings and milestone reviews with clients.
* Coordinate the technical team from various areas to achieve project objectives.
* Track project costs and timelines according to the project plan and internal processes.
* Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team.
What do we need in our team?
* At least 4 years of experience in managing technical projects.
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent English communication skills (C1 or equivalent).
Valuable knowledge:
* Knowledge of PMI and agile methodologies.
* Academic background in engineering.
* Experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS management standards.
* Familiarity with ISO9001 and similar quality standards.
* Experience in team management.
* Experience working with technical requirements.
