To strengthen their growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Robotic Manager to lead their sales efforts and expand the Southern European markets.
Responsibilities
* The Sales Manager Robotics will be responsible for driving commercial growth for the Robotics Division in South Europe, with a focus on Italy, France, and Spain. The role requires building long-term relationships with existing customers, acquiring new clients, and designing tailored sales strategies for each market.
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Robotics in South Europe, aligned with company goals.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the meat and food processing industries.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation, through to contract closure.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
* Accurately manage and update sales activities in the company?s CRM system.
* Report sales performance and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
Requirements
* Proven track record in business development and deal closing.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
* Entrepreneurial and target-driven mindset, capable of independently developing the Robotics business across Italy, France and Spain.
* Proactive hunter mentality with resilience and persistence in acquiring and developing new customers in the meat processing industry.
* Professional and consultative sales style, able to understand client operations and translate them into tailored robotics and automation solutions.
* Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term trust with key accounts.
* Self-organized, disciplined, and able to manage priorities without direct supervision.
* Results-oriented with the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
