With upcoming clinical trials in new indications, we are searching for a Field Application Specialist to train and support clinical sites across Europe, working closely with physicians and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective use of their novel oncology therapy.
If you're passionate about educating clinical teams and applying your expertise to an oncology therapy within an organisation entering an exciting phase of growth, please read further.ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical and procedural training to physicians, nurses, and technical staff at clinical and research sites across Europe.Provide hands-on support during procedures to ensure correct and safe device use.Collaborate with medical and clinical affairs teams to gather feedback from sites and investigators.Assist in onboarding and certification of new users and clinical trial sites.Represent the company at investigator meetings, training sessions, and relevant congresses.Maintain expert knowledge of oncology procedures, complementary therapies, and competitive technologies.RequirementsBackground in life sciences, nursing, or radiography (BSc or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Clinical Specialist / Field Clinical / Therapy Development / Product Specialist role within oncology, interventional radiology, or a related device field.Confident delivering clinical education and in-theatre procedural support.Experienced working across multiple hospitals and European markets.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approx. 50%+).
