You will be responsible for...
* Managing and growing existing business relationships, with cross-selling and upselling activities within a defined set of customers based in Europe.
* Identifying cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
* Managing a customer portfolio within the Retail and FMCG industry.
* Handling inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs.
* Engaging with stakeholders such as Logistics, IT, procurement, and senior management daily.
* Generating progress reports and updating opportunities in the CRM system.
You are ready if you have...
* 5+ years of experience in selling logistics and/or Logistics SaaS solutions to large corporations.
* Good knowledge of the Retail and FMCG industry (preferred but not mandatory).
* A successful track record of exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback.
* A proactive and strategic approach (
