We are seeking a dedicated, analytical individual to join the Buyer Risk and Compliance Global Quality Organization as an Auditor. This role involves auditing program-level defects, analyzing data, and reporting trends. You will drive projects, collate quality data, and provide updates to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct audits to evaluate transactions and identify process deviations related to program defects.
* Use sampling methodologies to ensure appropriate investigation audits.
* Communicate with external customers and financial institutions during audits.
* Identify new fraud patterns and analyze process adherence and risks.
* Provide training needs analysis and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive calibration efforts.
* Contribute to SOP, process, and tool improvements, and drive automation projects to enhance QA efficiency.
* Analyze defect trends, perform data mining, and identify quality improvement opportunities.
* Proactively identify and address process gaps and defects, leading resolution efforts.
* Engage in self-development and coordinate with Learning & Development teams.
About The Team
The Audit and Insight team audits seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across marketplaces. We provide insights and recommendations to improve processes, enhance seller experience, and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Basic:
* Experience with Excel
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Fluent in French (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred:
* Knowledge of consumer product compliance and regulations
* Experience with regulatory compliance management
* Data-driven business operations experience
