As a Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you'll play a key role in expanding our market presence by acquiring, activating, and growing new business revenue through a portfolio of partners.
We currently have a full-time Senior Partnerships Manager in Spain who will be on leave for 4 months. This role will initially support the existing Spanish partner portfolio and then focus on building a new partner portfolio in Spain and Italy from scratch.
Spain is a growing market for us, with existing commercial growth, and we see significant opportunities for further expansion. Italy is a newer region for us, and we believe it is ready for dedicated partnership support to accelerate success.
We seek an experienced, sales-oriented partner or business development professional to build and develop partner portfolios in Spain and Italy. The role involves supporting the current Spanish partners initially, then focusing on acquiring and activating new partners in both regions, with a long-term goal of maintaining active partnerships.
You will be part of the growing global Partnerships Team, working closely with our Head of Partnerships, Gabrielle, and regional teams in Spain and Italy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Building a strong, revenue-generating partner portfolio in your region, focusing on generating SQLs and new business revenue. Achieving your quota 8 out of 12 months and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Relationship Management: Developing long-term strategic relationships with partners.
* Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborating with partners to drive new opportunities aligned with regional markets, ensuring pipeline volume and win rates meet targets.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Integrations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
* Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Maintaining industry knowledge and understanding of Teamtailor's offerings to identify new opportunities.
Partner Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional partner marketing activities.
Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and proposals, represent Teamtailor at events, and engage actively with partners and customers.

We see that you have:
* At least 3 years of experience in complex sales or partnership management.
* A successful track record in partner or complex sales cycles.
* Experience in HR tech is a plus.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging others.
* Comfort representing the company at events.
* Ability to set expectations and prioritize effectively.
* Experience collaborating across teams.
* A curious, tech-savvy, confident, and negotiation-skilled personality with a customer-focused approach.
