We are proud to contribute to local economies by developing technology ecosystems in places like Mexico, Colombia, and Vietnam. We also created, a free, community-based education program that teaches high-value skills to workers looking to advance their tech industry careers. As of 2022, Academy has served more than 28,000 students across 675 courses. Wizeliners have the opportunity to upskill by taking Wizeline Academy courses and can also share their expertise by delivering classes to students.
Your Day-to-Day
1. Technical responsible for the product and for the medium and long-term strategy to technically evolve the solution.
2. Act as the technical reference of the team, knowing the technological architecture of Inditex and being actively involved in its evolution.
3. Ensure the correct functioning of the application in the production environment, proactively through alerts and reactively resolving incidents reported by users.
4. Anticipate incidents by applying resilience patterns.
5. Support and give technical support to the product or service ensuring alignment with the global architecture of Inditex.
6. Promote and support team members on technical best practices ensuring product or service quality at all levels.
7. Ensure continuous deployments in compliance with unit, functional, and regression testing policies for applications.
8. Support the Product Owner in the technical definition of the product backlog, its prioritization, and technical requirements in the DoD.
9. Manage the improvement and technical debt of the Product and promotes its prioritization in the development cycles.
10. Ensure the success and technical quality of the delivered solutions.
11. Provide support in the deployment of the functionalities in different environments.
12. Remove technical impediments and promotes continuous improvement.
13. Lead the introduction of new team members and empowers all developers to grow and self-manage.
14. Ensure that the solution follows the marked-up architecture and is updated to the latest versions.
15. Review that the product documentation is updated with each release.
16. Create sustainable front-end components that are reusable in other screens, environments, and entities.
17. Create front-end components that are in accordance with ITX design standards.

19. Participate actively and constantly in the design and development of APIs.
20. Ensure the availability and resilience of its services that help the development of the company’s business.

23. 7+ years of experience with the role or similar roles
24. Knowledge of software development processes in an agile environment.
25. Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams.
26. Experience in software development and product management.
27. Experience in the following technologies: Spring Java Framework, JPA,Docker/Kubernetes, Junit, Mockito, API first swagger, JPA, Mockito, Oracle.
28. Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
29. Having a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
30. Understand the wider objectives of the customer, such as business and strategic goals.
31. Strong knowledge of budgeting, project financial management, and resource allocation procedures.
32. Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities.
33. Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
34. Willingness to travel.
