Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Advertising Team Lead to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat and Amazon (Optional) etc. As the Sr. Consultant/Team Lead, you will not only have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of these platforms but also exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor the team to success.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
* Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms to achieve company goals and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Campaign Management:
* Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat etc.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify winning ad creatives, copies, and targeting options.
* Should be able to manage Bing Ads, Ecommerce, Merchant Center, DV360, Youtube, Discovery, Mobile App, Remarketing etc.
* Lead and manage a team of paid advertising specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
* Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.
Platform Expertise:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid advertising across all platforms.
* Act as the go-to expert for the team, providing insights into platform-specific nuances and opportunities.
* Must have knowledge and understanding of analytics and reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Hubspot, WebTrends, etc
Communication:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
* Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
* Maintain clear and transparent communication channels within the team and with clients.
Budget Management:
* Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending based on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience (6+ years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google and Amazon Advertising (Good to have).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of ad targeting options, ad formats, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques on various platforms.
* Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console (Good to have).
* Experience in team leadership or management, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
* Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant platforms are a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
