What is the objective of this project and what does it consist of?
At ITP Aero, we are looking for an intern to join our Government Affairs department to support the administrative management of public grants and subsidies. The main goal is to strengthen the efficient handling of available economic incentives for the company and contribute to communication with public institutions.
The scope of this internship includes the following functions:
- - Mapping public economic incentives at international, national, and regional levels.
- Supporting the administrative and documentary management of public grants and subsidies, including preparation of applications, monitoring, and project justification.
- Collaborating in the planning and analysis of business initiatives eligible for public funding.
- Participating in the full life cycle of public aid projects, from prospecting to certification.
- Interacting and coordinating with internal departments (Planning, Environment, Advanced Engineering) and external entities.
Providing support in institutional relations tasks, especially communication and management with public bodies.
¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?
- - Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Interest in institutional relations will be valued.
- Knowledge in: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language: High level of English, both spoken and written.
Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility, methodical and systematic approach, teamwork orientation.

Who will I work with?
You will provide service to ITP Aero from its headquarters in Madrid, under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that is among the top companies in the integral aeronautical industry.
You will work closely with the Associate Director of Government Affairs, with fluid interlocution with the Industry Planning Department, the Environment Department and Advanced Engineering, among others.
