We're looking for a Content Manager to support a global Content Hub, ensuring smooth operations across content management platforms (DAM/PIM – Bynder & inriver).

This role acts as the main point of contact between Marketing teams, Agencies, Product and Content operations, ensuring assets are correctly ingested, tagged, validated, governed, archived and ready for use.
You'll combine hands-on operational work with process improvement and governance, helping maintain content quality, usage rights compliance, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as primary contact for Marketing teams, Markets, and Agencies
* Translate requests into clear operational actions for Content team
* Validate assets (metadata, naming, rights, expiry, territories)
* Challenge incomplete or non-compliant content requests
* Manage archive/unarchive requests and governance checks
* Support content readiness for campaigns, launches, and toolkits
* Audit content (duplicates, missing metadata, expired assets)
* Support governance improvements (taxonomy, metadata standards)
* Partner with Product, SaaS and Engineering teams when needed
* Support agency onboarding and platform usage
Profile
* 3+ years in DAM, PIM, Content Operations or Content Management
* Experience working with Marketing teams and Creative Agencies
* Understanding of asset governance, rights, and lifecycle
* Strong stakeholder management and communication xohynlm skills
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Experience in multi-brand / multi-market environments preferred

* Bynder, inriver or similar DAM/PIM platforms
* Metadata, taxonomy and tagging knowledge
* Jira or ticketing tools
* ITSM / service support experience
Location
* Mostly remote
* Must be available to visit Barcelona once per month
* Onsite onboarding at start of contract
