YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is a mix between technical responsible and project management for a hybrid vehicle calibration team
1. Pilot the calibration development towards the industrialization or serial-life phases
2. Summarize the status from Software Development, Calibration team and Validation
YOUR PROFILE:
3. Good level of English. French is a plus
4. Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus
5. More than 5 years of automotive industry related topics (calibration, validation, software development) experience desirable
6. Knowledge in powertrain and engine development - hybrid preferred
7. Knowledge of high voltage parts such as: BMS (Battery), Inverter (Electric Motor) is a plus
8. Project Management experience (Timing, quality, deliverables, reporting) preferred
9. Team management experience
10. High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented and social skills
11. Extra curriculum activities like Formula Student is a plus
12. Driving license required
