The Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to create a memorable experience for our customers, conveying a passion for the brand and helping them find what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will achieve the shop's objectives while keeping the shop properly ordered and updated with the necessary products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
2. Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
3. Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, manage stock, operate the cash register, and prepare daily reports to ensure the point of sale functions correctly.
4. Shop Image: Keep the shop properly ordered, follow visual standards, and ensure it is updated with the necessary products to offer quality service.

Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year of Retail/Outlet experience.
* Advanced English language skills.
* A strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* The ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
* A good knowledge of the fashion retail market and customer.
* Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service.
* The ability to build team commitment and drive a positive atmosphere on the sales floor.
