ServiceNow Developer and/or Architect (German Speaker)
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer and/or Architect to join a dynamic enterprise IT team. If you have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, a solid understanding of ITIL and agile delivery, and fluency in German and English, this could be your next big opportunity!
Responsibilities:
* Architecture & Design: Define scalable, secure ServiceNow architectures aligned with enterprise service management goals.
* Development & Customization: Build and enhance ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
* Operational Excellence: Continuously improve ServiceNow operations, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and efficiency KPIs.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into smart, scalable ServiceNow solutions by working closely with Product Owners, IT teams, and stakeholders.
* Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and contribute to building a single source of truth for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
* Agile Delivery: Actively participate in agile ceremonies and sprints within cross-functional development teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Architect in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
* Hands-on expertise with key modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to break down user stories into actionable ServiceNow features.
* Experience in documentation and knowledge management across distributed teams.
* Familiarity with network architectures or infrastructure-heavy environments is a plus.
* Proactive, solution-driven mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
