This role is to manage end-to-end financial support for HP 3D Polymers business. This is a very dynamic business with tremendous growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity where an incumbent will have a chance to work on day-to-day P&L management as well as support the Product team on future developments and long-term strategy. The role serves as a key advisor to senior management, analysing financial results, and providing strategic recommendations. With the global scope, the candidate will support stakeholders across the world with the support of a team of several analysts.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of exempt individual contributors.
2. Act as a key advisor to senior management on the financial and strategic aspects of the business.
3. Own end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet of HP P3D Polymer business unit.
4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
5. Oversee review and analysis of key controls within the financial process to ensure compliance with relevant legal and accounting requirements.
6. Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner, influencing the future direction of the segment and aligning business and finance strategies for sustainable, profitable growth.
7. Drive talent management, including employee selection, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
Education & Experience
* Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
* Typically 10+ years of experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, or accounting.
