Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
- Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
- Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
- Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
Qualifications
- German proficiency with fluent English skills.
- Customer orientation with a passion for service and assisting customers.
- Professional experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Technical skills with proven MS Office knowledge.
- Flexibility to work remotely from home, Monday to Sunday.
