minimum of five years’ professional experience
, a solid knowledge of current regulations and their practical application, and the ability to develop projects with technical rigour, architectural judgement and meticulous attention to detail.Main responsibilities:Development and coordination of Basic Design Projects at all stages.Interpretation and application of urban planning and building regulations.Coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Preparation of graphic and technical documentation to a high standard of accuracy.Support during the transition to subsequent project phases.Requirements:Degree in Architecture.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Basic Design Project development.Strong knowledge of applicable urban planning and technical regulations.Advanced command of drafting and modelling tools (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).High level of organisation, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team. xiphtebTechnical rigour and a strong sensitivity to architectural quality.
