We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team, either in one of our offices or remotely.

Your responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies covering the entire funnel from awareness to conversion.
* Manage our CRM program to support marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans.
* Provide strategic and operational marketing support internally and on client projects.
* Stay informed on digital market trends and propose innovative ideas.
* Manage and refine our CRM program.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in professional services.
* A university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a related field.
* Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
* Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing, with hands-on tool experience.
* Understanding of artificial intelligence in digital marketing.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Solution-oriented approach to processes and strategies.
* Fluent in German and English (C1-C2); French or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with growth hacking, especially in startups, is desirable.
