Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a talented Restaurant & Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the 2026 season. What Youll Do: Provide attentive, professional service to guests in the restaurant and bar. Take and manage food and beverage orders, ensuring a smooth and high-quality service. Advise guests on menu options, wine pairings, and special recommendations. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization of the service areas. Drive revenue by promoting restaurant and hotel products through upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience across all shifts. What Were Looking For: 23 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in boutique hotels or high-end restaurants. Professional English proficiency (additional languages are a plus). Knowledge of POS systems, service standards, and restaurant protocols. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening).
